We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order or case the buyer changed their mind about a purchase if the product is already shipped out.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
 
To start a return, kindly contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and an RMA (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION) number as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain 3-5 business days.
 
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (30 days not including 1-2 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
 

Manufacturer’s Warranties

Some products are covered by the manufacturers warranty. Warranty terms vary between manufacturers as well as products, so please refer to your documentation for details. If you have warranty questions please feel free to contact us. Keep all manufacturer products to help yourself communicate with us, or them directly if the need arises. Be aware that shipping and service charges are not covered by manufacturers warranty.
 
For warranty service, you must contact the manufacturer’s authorized warranty service station closest to you. This information is available either with the material shipped with the product, or from the manufacturer directly.
 
Warranties vary depending upon the manufacturer – see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported within 30 days, that is not a warranty claim.
 
Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
 

Damaged Or Lost Items

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier’s freight bill or receipt. Be sure to obtain a copy of that bill or receipt. Once received, please keep the original package, and please keep all packing materials and parts intact.
